Transcription Rates

Our rates are based on the turnaround time you need and prices above are per audio minute. Audio minutes are rounded up to the next minute. Time coding prices will be quoted given the 5+ speakers formula.

A 50% deposit will be required for all new clients before the start of the transcription job. Full payment will be expected upon the receipt of the completed transcription. This can be negotiated for long-term and ongoing projects.
